The reason for this website

25 December 2008 No Comment

This web site was inspired out of a personal passion for fitness and health. A wonderful thing acquired over the years. I believe that health and fitness is about balancing the physical, emotional and spiritual side of a person. I believe you can get a great workout and come out of it injury free after years and years of “smart” training.. Emotionally we can be better balanced. The human race can be a much kinder one if our energy is channeled differently. We are too quick to judge others.

Many systems of exercise dating far back to ancient times are still practiced today that will soon surpass current methods used in the fitness industry. Even in health care, one only has to walk into a drugstore today and will notice the many natural products on the shelves..ethno botanical products and the abundance of herbal products, like teas, available to the consumer. Grocery stores bring in organic produce, free of pesticides and other potentially harmful chemicals. Traditional and natural methods of healing are preferred when invasive methods and drugs can give way to so many negative side effects.

Just know that there are nice alternatives for you when other exercise methods don’t fit your mold. We are in the moment now where the fitness professional must look at means of “healing” and “strengthening” their client from the inside out in addition to developing them “externally”. In addition to cardio, and strength training, try a YOGA, TAICHI, PILATES, or other “unique” type of exercise. Go back to breathing “abdominally” like you did as a child.

You owe yourself a healthier lifestyle. Life is a gift , don’t abuse it. Grow by challenging yourself to new adventures. Step outside your “BOX”. You will feel more confident, have more self esteem and better control over your own life.. Start today – Email me to let me know how I can help you. Happiness and a balanced life to you.
